The machine is equipped with several features: a fast and automatic return system, safe two-handed control, a low, widened base plate, an additional fold-out second base plate for splitting shorter logs, side safety arms to prevent logs from tipping, and a large splitting wedge that can handle logs with diameters of up to 350 mm.
The machine is powered by a modern, brushless electric motor, which is far more efficient than conventional electric motors, saves electricity, and requires almost no maintenance. It also features a VARIO system, which allows the splitting track length to be adjusted according to the length of the log, meaning the work cylinder and wedge move only over the necessary distance, saving time and electricity.
