This tool is designed for connecting pipes and fittings made of polymers such as PB, PE, PP, and PVDF, and it handles elements with diameters from 16 to 32 mm with ease, offering an extremely versatile solution for various installation applications.
The welding process involves heating the ends of the pipes to the required temperature using special heating heads, followed by their mechanical joining. The resulting connection ensures high strength and tightness, which is crucial in water and heating systems.
The pipe welder is equipped with temperature regulation, allowing it to work with various materials that require different welding temperatures. The built-in LCD display enables precise temperature adjustment and continuous monitoring, ensuring higher accuracy and better welding quality. Importantly, the tool is powered by a battery, providing full mobility and freedom of work, especially in locations where access to the electrical grid is limited.
The welder is compatible with a wide range of heating heads (DED751616, DED751620, DED751625, DED751632), which are available separately.
