Thanks to the spring system, the feeder (the swing) returns to its starting position. You can push the wood piece forward, and the entire operation can be repeated very quickly. The hands remain away from the saw blade throughout the entire process. By adjusting the stopper, you can saw uniform-length pieces. The machine's shape and special spikes prevent the logs from shifting during the sawing, and its design contributes significantly to cutting logs up to 170 mm long.
The heart of the machine is the high-quality TCT (Tungsten Carbide-Tipped) saw blade, which ensures smooth cutting. Its proper sizing and placement are essential for ensuring the long lifespan of the machine. The saw blade is equipped with an effective brake that can stop it quickly.
The saw machine, which partially follows the design of Scheppach's professional saws, has sturdy wheels, is compact, and doesn't take up much space, yet remains stable and resistant to tipping. The welded steel frame profiles are finished with powder coating technology and high-quality paint, making the entire saw machine very stable and long-lasting, ensuring trouble-free operation.
