This adhesive is suitable as a waterproof adhesive for the construction joinery industry. It is ideal for use in interior spaces exposed to short-term high humidity and water exposure, as well as for structures exposed to moderate outdoor conditions, where at least one component of the bonded joint is made of wood or wood-based materials (e.g., stairs, doors, windows). It is not suitable for structures exposed to continuous water impact (e.g., boats, ships) or for the construction of structural elements subjected to permanent static loads (e.g., supporting roof structures).

Details

Water Resistance Rating: D3 (EN 204). With the addition of Additive D3D4, it can achieve D4 (mixing ratio: 100 parts adhesive and 3.5–5 parts crosslinker. Detailed description available on the Additive D3D4 data sheet).

To achieve maximum strength, a pressing time of 2 hours is required. After 20 minutes of pressing (cold), approximately 50% of the required tensile strength is achieved. Full curing of the bonded joint requires at least 24 hours. Complete water resistance is achieved after 7 days.
