Application:

• Bonding of insulation boards – polyurethane, phenol, resin foam – clean, efficient, and economical.
• Can also be used for bonding polystyrene.
• Bonding of plasterboard in dry construction applications.
• Suitable for the construction of non-load-bearing walls.
• Bonds many other materials such as brick, stone, aluminum, ceramic, MDF, steel, cork, wood, and fiberboard.

Usage:

• Wear safety glasses.
• Ensure proper ventilation and avoid using near open flames.
• Ensure surfaces are clean, grease, and dust-free.
• Spraying water on surfaces improves adhesion and accelerates curing.
• Shake the can vigorously for 30 seconds. Repeat regularly for maximum output.
• Use with the can held upside down. Aim the nozzle to the desired location and press the trigger. The release pressure determines the amount of foam dispensed.
• Apply the polyurethane adhesive according to the technical data sheet, in a zigzag pattern on one of the surfaces to be bonded.
• Wait until the foam becomes sufficiently tacky, indicated by a thread forming between the glove and adhesive when briefly touched (usually about 4 minutes, depending on conditions).
• Then press the materials together firmly for 30-60 seconds.
• Allow at least 1 hour to cure before applying load.
• Storage: Store upright in a dry place between +5°C and +25°C.
