Application
Soudabond Easy is specifically designed for fast, efficient, and durable adhesive bonding of insulating materials while being economical. It is suitable for bonding polystyrene (EPS+XPS), graphite EPS, rock wool, fiberglass, polyurethane (PUR, PIR), and phenolic resin foam-based insulation boards for facades, flat roofs, plinths, channel elements, basement ceilings, interior insulation, etc.
The adhesive foam is formulated to be ideal for bonding polystyrene materials. EPS and XPS boards can be securely and easily attached to various surfaces, providing effective thermal insulation. When applying, ensure that both the insulation boards and the base surface are clean, dry, and free of dust and debris. Proper surface preparation is essential for optimal adhesion. Apply the adhesive foam around the perimeter of the insulation material, about 3 cm from the edges, and in a zigzag pattern in the middle. Press the adhesive-coated side of the insulation board firmly against the brick wall.

Usage:
- Wear safety goggles.
- Ensure proper ventilation and do not use near an open flame.
- Make sure the surfaces are clean, grease, and dust-free.
- Spraying water on the surfaces improves adhesion and accelerates curing.
- Shake the can for 30 seconds. Repeat regularly for maximum yield.
- Use the can upside down. Direct the nozzle to the correct location and press the release mechanism.
- The release pressure determines the amount of foam.
- Apply the polyurethane adhesive according to the technical data sheet.
- Apply the adhesive in a zigzag pattern on one of the surfaces to be bonded. Wait until the foam is sufficiently sticky, i.e., when it pulls a string between the gloved finger and the adhesive when touched (usually about 4 minutes, depending on conditions).
- Then press the materials firmly together for 30–60 seconds.
- Allow at least 1 hour for curing before loading.
Storage: Store upright, in a dry place, between +5°C and +25°C.
