The rectifier offers a fast charging mode ("BOOST"), which is ideal in situations when quick battery charging is necessary. Additionally, the "START" function allows for starting a completely discharged battery.
To use the "START" function:
- Set the switch to the start position.
- Set the charging voltage switch to the correct voltage for the battery.
- Perform a quick charge for approximately 10 minutes according to the procedure described on the panel (3 seconds of charging, about 120 seconds of pause, 5 cycles).
- Turn the key in the car’s ignition lock.
