Powered by the same battery system, the radio not only enhances your work experience with your favorite music but also allows you to use the battery to power your tools if needed. Meanwhile, you can charge another battery with the superfast DED7039 charger and operate the radio from a standard outlet (230V input voltage, 9V output voltage).
High sound quality for challenging work environments
Workshops or construction sites often require music to be played at high volume. For this, the radio must have powerful speakers. The DEDRA DED7006BT construction radio with DAB+ system features two 8W speakers housed in a robust casing, ensuring excellent sound quality even at high volumes. Say goodbye to weak bass or strange noises that can occur at higher volumes. The durable casing has an IP54 dust and water resistance rating, protecting the radio from accidental damage during work.
Modern technology
The radio is equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 data transmission technology, making it more efficient – consuming less energy while offering a greater range from the source, such as a phone (10m). It also supports beacon-type connections, known from smart home solutions. The new Bluetooth version offers better quality music streaming with more than twice the data transfer speed compared to the Bluetooth 4.2 standard (BT v5.0 up to 5.0 Mbps, BT 4.2 up to 2.1 Mbps). Naturally, the radio is also compatible with older Bluetooth devices.
The radio features DAB+ technology (174-240 MHz), which provides much better sound quality and enables the reception of descriptions, images, traffic information, etc. Thanks to this technology, the radio avoids making disturbing sounds or whistles in case of signal loss.
The cordless construction radio is equipped with a 5V/1A USB port to charge your mobile phone. There is a special waterproof compartment in the radio housing for mobile devices. Music playback is also possible via the AUX port. The foldable antenna makes transport easy and allows for FM radio reception in the 87.5 MHz - 108 MHz range.
